Teeth whitening tips?

I keep my teeth reaaally clean. I brush and floss several times a day. I like coffee and tea though and I can notice a sligt tinge in my teeth and I don't like it. How can I keep it off?

I brush with peroxide too and it helps. But not as much as I'd like

Floss them right after drinking those things, although the best would be to avoid those drinks altogether if you want to keep your teeth perfectly white.

Also I've noticed one weird thing that oranges and lemons actually whiten your teeth by a great deal, and not just whiten - they make them stronger as well.

Look for a toothpaste that specializes in coffee, tea, and tobacco stains removal. I can't remember the brand, but I knew a guy at work who smoked and drank lots of coffee, and the toothpaste he used kept his teeth white.

I get my teeth whitened every few months but inbetween I brush with bicarbonated soda and then brush with regular tooth paste because its tastes horrid lol

Eat strawberries.rub them on your teeth, has natural bleaching properties

Get a knife and carve off the outer layers, that's what the Croydon girls do :P
