Do you think NC ( no contact ) is hard?

Is hard for you to be in NC after a break up? Do you find it hard not to pick up the phone, call your ex and ask them what they been up to?

I found it hard. I broke it after two weeks he first time started it again and it was the best thing I ever did. When my ex would contact me I found it powerful to have the control and not contact him aback and then I found it was easy to get over him.

Its hard work but so worth it in the long run.

It's very hard, but worth it. The longer you keep in contact, the longer it takes to get over them and move on. Just move on and don't waste the time if it's not going to work.

It's hard but it will be much harder keeping in contact when you are dead set on moving on because it will take much longer to get over them.

So it's hard but worth it in the short run to stay no contact.

I don't talk to ex girlfriends. It helps me get over them faster
