I use pads only. Always is my favorite brand. I wear Supers or Overnights the first couple days when I'm heavy, and then I wear Regular or Long the rest of the time. Unscented.

Both, takes 1½ and then I am through both, use overnight ones at all times...

I use a menstrual cup. I used to use tampons but that's too much effort. Plus no more cramps :)

I use tampax pearl, and I use kotex panty liners at the same time in case I am stuck in a situation where I can't use the bathroom
