Mine are the multivitamins from ON:

They make the same for women I think.
I take Nature Farm's Calcium and vitamin C every night and always move my bowels the next morning when I wake up.
Vitamin C is important for the formation of collagen that keeps the skin taut, make it look luminous and prevents wrinkles.Calcium is not only important for strong bones but it is also found in our skin.
Studies have shown that people who have less calcium in their skin are likely to have more wrinkles and also suffer from osteoporosis.Hence, the more calcium there is in your skin, the less wrinkles you would
develop and the stronger your bones would be.And it is also less likely that your back would hunch if your calcium level is always high.
Your love! It's my druggg! I don't care what people say the rush is worth the price I pay, I get so high when you're with me...
There's no supplement I can't do without. They are supplements.
The supplement I've gotten the most benefit from was vitamin C.
I've seen people get good results from Omega 3s, from maca, from greens+.
I've run an EC stack before and it did what it was supposed to.
I've used a DAA/Androst-3,5-dien-7,17-dione stack. I think it did a little, but not miraculous.
I need melatonin to sleep at night.
Otherwise I use BSN Syntha-6 Protein powder, since it has both Whey and Casein proteins and taste super delicious. It is a perfect protein mix IMO.
I do use other products like C4 pre-workout stuff or other creatines but I don't use them on a regular basis.
I take orange triad. It's a multivitamin that also contains joint recovery and digestion help.

I swear by it. It is definitely good. I got it from a local nutrition shop near me.

Your diet matters more than the vitamins you take. Supplements are supposed to supplement, and not replace a well balanced diet. I used to have like 20 different supplements and now I just have a multivitamin by Centrum, and nothing changed until my diet changed.
Yes thank you doctor... Nobodys talking about replacing meals with supplements where the f*** did you get that from?
i'm just saying there's no need for an array of supplements. just a multivitamin if that, unless there is some natural deficiency.
Biotin. Research proves it's supposed to help with hair growth, which I haven't been too keen on trying to pay attention to but it sure as hell makes my nails grow super fast and long. I remember when I first bought some and took it, (I think it was about 10,000mcgs) it made my nails grow at least an inch in a weeks time span, and my nails usually grow really slow. So, I really like this stuff.
As does folic acid. And both ON and Orange triad like the person below me have it. You should try it.
I only take a multivitamin with D3. I noticed a difference in my overall health after I'd been taking it a while.
I sometimes take Valerian Root or Melatonin to promote better sleep habits, but they don't work very well for me.
Vitamin D3 helps your body absorb the vitamins and nutrients that you ingest. It's what we get when we get sunlight, so it's good for our skin as well.
I've been taking that multi for about 3 years now.
