Fitness - Do ab toners work?

link do these really work to help flatten the stomach or tone it up? seem very lazy but effective from the description but I'm not sure I believe it really works or surely lots of people would use them instead of crunches right?

I call bullsh*t.

The biggest things holding people back from seeing their abs is basically their body fat %. Lose the body fat and simply workout the abs for a few sets and you're done. The thing is when people burn fat, it's practically impossible to determine where it will take the fat from. It could take fat from your arms, legs, stomach, who knows?

So yea, doing crunches gives you the abs, but you'll only see the abs not blocked by fat.
