Bumps, blitzes, cysts, infections etc... I used to have wonderful skin and now even though I've losing between 1-2 pounds a day, my skin is HORRIBLE! Should I tone down my weight loss so that my skin can go back to normal? Also I purchased macadamian nuts a couple of days ago cause I was thinking of going on a low carb diet and after trying them, I noticed this strange taste which makes me believe the nuts might already have gone bad? I paid almost $24 dollars for one pound of nuts so I'm going to eat if even if it's not fresh but I just wanted to know if the nuts were bad. I know macadamian nuts are fattening but you won't gain weight if you don't go above 1000 calories of that stuff a day and avoid eating other foods.
