If you were going to go clubbing, what would be your main reason to go?

I don't go clubbing, my friends do but the thing is they always get so drunk that they can't even remember what happened. According to them they have more 'fun' the more the can't remember and find hang overs and being sick afterwards to be funny. I really don't know their real reasoning for it unless of course they just think it cool; but to sacrifice health just to have a 'good time' is ridiculous if you ask me - not that I'm a picture of health myself but still.

I'm also teetotal and so wouldn't want to feel like I'm babysitting a bunch of drunkards all night while I stay sober... also another thing, being the only sober one in a group of drunkards can also be very dangerous. Their sense of logic would be down the drain so if for what ever reason they thought I was a stick in the mud they may think it ok to spike my drink if the opportunity were to arise.

If I were to go clubbing which didn't involve drink (in my case at least) it would be to have fun with friends and possibly make new friends, I don't mind if they want to be slightly drunk but not a stupid drunk; so long as they can still look after themselves.

It's really just another thing to do on a night off. Great exercise, kick ass time, and hot guys(well hot girls in your case). What more could you want? lol

Sorry man but I generally only go to clubs when I'm dragged there by a cute girl or some other friends of mine. When I'm there I usually get drunk and watch the band playing or if there is no band I groove to the music. I don't usually dance unless I'm right p*ssed. Sometimes I walk away with a girl or a girl's phone number. Though I don't usually call the numbers I get.

Anyway my number one reason is to drink. And I'm only there because my friends dragged me.
