Is it normal to continue working out even when your body hurts?

All your feeling is the dom's effect delayed onset muscle soreness just work a different body part everyday so that you don't overwork the sore muscle.
I body build like this
Day 1: Heavy day chest/back
Day 2: Heavy day legs
Day 3: Shoulders/traps
Day 4: Arms
Day 5: Light day chest/back
Day 6: Light day legs
Day 7: Rest day
Just make sure to take plenty of protein, BCAAs and get plenty of rest and you should heal up nicely just find a rotation that suits you so that by the time you get back to the part that was sore its healed up and ready to go.
Typically, it's healthier to work out every other day rather than every day in a row.
You could also just change what you're working out each day though. For instance, focus on arms, shoulders on Monday, Wednesday, and Friday, and focus on legs on Tuesday and Thursday.
If your body starts hurting though, it's probably a good sign you should take a break. Don't break yourself.
Thank you thank you thank you ! :D
It is normal & you could do it but if it is too much pain then your body is warning you that you are pushing too much. Do what you can, but try to have rest days so your muscles can rest & heal in time sometimes you tear micro muscle fibers which will result in muscle growth. Remember stay hydrated & eat enough for all of that work.
You work through the pain. IF lighter weights are needed then go ahead, but stopping every time it hurts is a guarantee that you won't get anywhere. Be sure you are stretching before and after your workouts.

If you're going for muscle gain, then working out more actually detriments your muscle growth. For me personally, I keep my workouts to an hour or less for 3 days a week.
It feels like you should be working more to see more noticeable gains, and faster. But yeah, spending time constantly in the gym isn't helping you speed up the process. It's common knowledge in the fitness world that exercise + diet is the best way to go, but that knowledge isn't common outside of regular gym go-ers.
It depends on why you're working out, what type of workouts, and what your goals are.
Soreness when you start a new routine is fairly normal and isn't really an indication of when you should resume.
I workout 4 days a week and take day off between workouts. The most I do is two days in a row is probably not the best.
probably a bad idea to push to far because you can pass out or steight up blow out brain cells
infact you can lose all your memory or even die
