Clear up my back frok acne?

Okay me and my boy friend are going to a water park in 2 weeks and this will be the first time he will see my body as in most of my skin. But my back/shoulders are breaking out and I gained a bit of weight dose anyone know a quick way to clear up my back and lose a bit of weight! I want him to get big eyed when he sees my body for the first time in 4 Yeats of us dating!

Use acne face wash ( found any were) and use it on your back it works fast. And do 100 crunches ever day leading up to it should tone your abdomen and 50 squats a day for legs and eat really healthy like with low calorie foods. All Bran Buds for breakfast and salad and fruit for lunch and then a healthy dinner with snacks that are good for you in between. Good luck!

I would recommend hitting the beach! soak in the salty water for a good 10 minutes then go lay under the sun. The salt water is kinda like a scrub. I always find that after going to the beach, my back acne clears up. :)
