Does anyone have any back acne or chest acne clearing tips?

My acne on my chest and back has really affected my confidence and self esteem for the longest time so I was wondering if anyone knows any ways of sorting it out? I was prescribed antibiotics and benzoyl peroxide for awhile which helped clear away the more puss-filled White heads I had but it didn't really do much after that. I'm currently taking the combined pill and have no interest in isotretinoin/accutane so it would be nice if people had any other suggestions!

At some point in my teens for the span of a few weeks or months, I had some acne on my upper back area right below my neck. It luckily went away after a period during which I went shirtless while at home as much as possible to give the skin some air and breathing room, and I made sure to wash the area with water a few times through the day.

HOWEVER, I'm not sure if those things fixed the problem, or if the pimples just went away on their own. It couldn't hurt to try those things anyway, though, if you haven't already. :) If that doesn't show any improvement after a bit, then like the others said, you will probably have to see a skin specialist to give you some medication for it.

But don't worry! You're very young and it's common for people your age to deal with acne. I'm sorry that it's making you feel self-conscious, but it honestly doesn't look nearly as bad as you probably think it does in your own eyes. :) I promise that most people wouldn't think twice about it if they happened to see your skin.

I had skin problems when i was a kid just change whatever you are using like your shower gel, moisturises etc. It might help because its usually cause my an alergic reaction and stress too can make it worst so try to relax and not let it worry it will go away eventually.

i have some chest acne too and it's so annoying because everyone else my age is wearing low-ish cut tops and i don't cuz hence the acne but it did improve after i treated like my face and cleansed it, toned & moisturised

Im not sure. I know when I was your age and younger I had horrible facial and back acne. It eventually went away on its own. My only advice is to just wash your back and face daily. As for the confidence issue, just try to tell yourself its normal and no reason to be any less confident.

Go see a skin specialist, the doctor will give you medication and it'll clear right up
