What's a good back wash for a man who has bad acne?

So my boyfriend is a mechanic who has really bad acne on his back and In the summer when he sweats more it's worse so I'm looking for a product that will help him... I'm clueless because I have dermatitis so my skin is so dry I get a zit like once a year so I really need help

I don't know but make sure that whatever you do won't harm his health, especially testosterone as many cosmetic products do. Like creams, look for the ingredients.

Try a red light therapy panel, there's a lot of science backing its use for acne as well.

My acne got rid of with doxycycline. I am now using an acid that removes acne on my back.
