I only do push ups for endurance lol, and well my current best is 80! I think Id have done more if old dudes in gym werent staring. And you got alpha potential! That's good enough
That second I did 30 push ups out of the blue, I can't remember the last time I did push ups before 2 days ago. Anyways, 80 push ups is good and all, but it's only 50 more than I did. Jack Lalanne did 1,033 push ups in 23 minutes when he was 42 years old. He did more pushups that day then all of us here put together. I try to tell people from time to time how petty their goals are with exercise/weightlifting. Some weight lifts can be petty/lazy also. I have to admit I'm lazy, at times very lazy
