some little fix its you can do are:
1) TAKE OUT ALL SODA, ICE TEAS ECT. - replace everything you drink woth water
2) swap all bread with whole wheat or whole grain bread, this even works with pasta
3) dump the fast/junk food- cook your own meals, and eat fresh fruit and veggies through out the day
4) exercise 4-5 times a week(just like Sheil said)
5)do cardio at 15-20 mins at a time but at an intense pace...and longer or slower and it turns into a endurance run an not a fat burning one
6) lift weights, granted you don't want to be buff but small weights and high reps will tone your body and add a little bt of muscle( muscle burns the most calories in your body, therefor the more you have the higher metabolic rate you will have
7) BE HAPPY - being sad will hinder your fat lost, so have a happy attitude
8) finally be active of you fin yourself with more then 30mins of free time and any given moment do something active, run, bike ride, play an active game, or even walk
hope this helps, and if you need any more info let me know ill be more then happy to help

things that promise miracles (fat burners, acai, etc etc etc are a waste of time and most importantly MONEY) just eat well balanced meals, 6x/day, exercise 30-60 min/day, LOTS of water 2-3litres, and bran. rest on sat and sunday, cheat on the 'diet' a little bit, and aimk for 2-3lbs lsot per week. anymore and you wilkl be losing muscle not fat and will re gain everything you lost, trust me
Losing weight will take time and will call for a balance of combining a healthy diet and exercise. On average you should be working out at least 4 days a week, taking in less calories but not depriving yourself, and doing at least an hour of cardio work out mixed with weights. Smaller portions and more frequent meals also helps.
Go to the WebMD fitness section, they have this whole huge evaluator that'll tell you specific to your body how many calories your body usues how much you have to cut it what exercises to do etc etc. It's really cool. check it out!

Along with Shlei's advice, please avoid eating 3-4 hours before going to bed. This is unhealthy as it's basically unused calories that won't be burned. If you ask, "Why is it different for guys"? That's because, for guys, the genetics are different and constant protein intake is necessary for optimal muscle growth. Girls don't need to do this. So please avoid eating late night snacks.
eat a healthy breakfast, watch what you eat, make sure they're low calorie foods, and take fiber with lots of water so that you feel full, watch the proportion of your meals. eat a healthy snack if you're hungry such as carrots or some salad. make sure you sleep well, when I don't sleep well, I tend to eat a lot of junk. take care of your health, cut out junk food or high calorie empty calorie foods and work on getting more aerobic exercise
These are all great answers. In addition, you may consider a cleanse. You can buy cleanses at any health/nutrition store. In general, we can carry up to 10-30 pounds of weight in our colin, and doing a cleanse will completely flush out your system, and in addition, all the toxins in you system . I usually do a cleanse about 1-2 times a year. You feel great afterwards too.
500 hundred calories a day that's what I do
