Mint chocolate chip or mint cookie ice cream is the greatest. Ben & Jerry's has some good ones too: Cherry Garcia, Phish Food, and I love Chocolate Therapy. I miss being under 30 and being able to eat this stuff without gaining five pounds.

I love me some rocky road. When it comes to food I'm really big on textures. Creamy smooth ice cream, crunchy almonds, soft pillowy marshmallows. So good.

Don't eat ice cream. When I did I loved mint chocolate or something like that. It was mint (green) with pieces of chocolate mixed.
