Certainly not. Maybe she doesn't like the taste of alcohol or is a recovered (recovering) alcoholic. Maybe she was traumatized by an alcoholic parent.
I wouldn't force booze on her.
I wouldn't want to be with someone who was a party girl or a lush, either.
I'll admit that it's nice when someone enjoys a quality wine on occasion. That's a sign of sophistication. Even having a cocktail or two and getting a bit happy and uninhibited can be fun.
But not drinking alcohol isn't a deal breaker for me unless it's for religious reasons. Then it would be the religiousness and not the alcohol that would make us incompatible.
Since she could not live more than a few days without drinking. I would not leave, I would call an ambulance. Instantly.

I married a sober alcoholic and did not drink while I was married to her. No alcohol in the house, no meeting the boys down at the bar, nothing. Our divorce was not caused by alcohol.
