I like the following:

1. Journalling with soft instrumental music. It feels mindful and relaxing.

2. Keeping my home clean and organised.

3. Meditation for at least 5 minutes every day.

4. Staying silent or avoiding interactions with negative people.

5. Avoiding spicy breakfast.
