These are probably two very boring & uninteresting activities that I personally use for stress decompression but my go to's are drawing & writing. For drawing I enjoy doing calligraphy or sacred geometry. Sacred geometry I've found pretty much hijacks your entire brain especially the part's responsible for maintaining whatever stress has it's claws in you at the time. With writing I typically use the theme of my current stress including the natural responses & sensations my body feels when reacting to the stress as a motivational means for getting my personal thoughts into written language. Being able to produce a piece that artistically flows as a result of my real world stress inducing, or pain inducing experiences allows me too transform a negative portion of my day into something of linguistic beauty that at time's I can even be proud of. They also act as somewhat of a receipt of that instance that you can reflect on at a later time & by that foster some emotional wisdom &/or strength if necessary. Of course with in certain scenarios the addition of music too any of these mechanisms can amplify their stress reducing properties, though I've found that music can be distracting at times when trying too concentrate fully onto creating a written piece. Also, a lot of people are unaware that as humans we are actually fine tuned to respond to a wide range of frequencies, with very specific frequencies providing very specific benefits such as stress reduction. A stress reducing frequency is 174 Hz if you're interested in looking further into this phenomenon. Oddly enough most signals such as our radio bands in the USA are tuned too an unnatural frequency that in fact increases stress & produces many negative effects on the human body & mind & appears almost as an intentional means for producing dysfunction throughout society, & in my opinion is producing successful results in that regard. There exists way's to hear any transmissions through a type of middle man application where the signals are fed into it & it then plays those transmissions using the particular frequency of your choosing which there are many with different benefits, like a great frequency that covers an overall positive balence for your mind/body is 528 Hertz. Hope this helps!
What is Sacred Geometry?
When I'm feeling stressed or gloomy, observing nature brings me peace. For me, it's like a form of meditation.
Sitting on the ground, watching puffy, white clouds in a brilliant blue sky. Watching the movement of water in a babbling brook and listening to the musical sound. The ocean. Waterfalls. Forests. Admiring the colors and textures of landscapes. Breathing the air and the sweet smells. Feeling the sun and the breeze. Sitting on the grass and observing the various bugs purposely bumbling among the blades on their errands of discovery. Noticing the wide diversity of ground covering plants and tiny flowers that grow among the grasses. Getting close to a flowering bush and watching the bees and pollinators busily and, I think, happily going from flower to flower. Watching and listening to birds. Catching glimpses of lizards and other creatures. Observing the contrast and diversity of plants from mosses, to flowers to trees. Every living thing moves with purpose at its own designated pace. Yet they are content, unconscious of the passage of time or the weight of the world. They are 100% in the moment. They don't worry, they just do.
To be alive and have the opportunity to experience creation with all my senses fills me with gratitude, awe and wonder. I forget my troubles, at least for a while.

Probably listening to music, going on walks, drive around, or being with my boyfriend.
I guess it depends on situation and where I’m at. School or a work place - I mean, I think just being mindful and taking deep breaths would calm me down if stressed. I can’t really do anything else in that situation.
If I were at home or in public - Listening to music, driving around, going on walks, and being with my boyfriend will instantly calm me down and improve my mood.
Just taking a break and listening to this!
https://www.youtube.com/embed/hNfpMRSCFPEI have had the pleasure of meeting Anna Fedorova and was part of a large group that had dinner after a concert several years ago. I could listen to her play 24/7!
i usually just make extremely strong coffee with very little water, and no sugar (tastes absolutely disgusting by the way). i feel dizzy and sick soon afterwards and my heart feels weird (i'm sure it's not very healthy to do lol) but at least it takes my mind off of things.
Depends on the level of stress
Lightly stressed, work on old machinery
Stressed to the max, that's hard to say. Maybe find something to distract me from stressing me out. Like my government plans on killing me. Well I try to warn people in hopes they get prepared for genocide
