What's up with these kinds trying to bother me at the pool?

I live in a gated compound with a shared pool. I go to the pool every morning and do a few laps and chill. Recently I've been seeing these two siblings at the pool who seem to be below 10, they're always accompanied by their nanny. The first time I saw these boys I could immediately tell they were naughty and the older one comes off as a bully. I've noticed that the nanny often reprehends them for bad behavior.

The pool has a kids pool and an a main pool which is where I swim. These boys usually stay at the kids pool but as soon as the older one sees me entering the main pool I don't know why he tends to jump and swim really close to me. The nanny always shouts at him to not bother me but the kid ignores her. I never spoke to him or interacted with him but today I was about to lose it but I didn't say anything because as an adult I think I need to be the bigger person.

I was doing some laps and this boy would always try to do something silly or try to get closer, whenever I swam past him he would swim under water and at some point I accidentally kicked him, when I turned he embarrassingly laughed and I thought to myself maybe now he's going to stop disturbing me. I swam to the other side of the pool and the kid is there next to me in less than a minute.

At some point I was a bit tired and was just chilling on the side of the pool, this boy gets really close again and decides to hop outside the pool and nearly fell on me. The nanny saw this a yelled at him and they eventually left.

I nearly told him 'there's so much space in this pool why do you always have to swim so close to me and disturb me?' but I didn't, I know if someone have spoken to me that way when I was a kid it would hurt my feelings. I always make excuses for people's behaviors including kids, I started thinking that this boy maybe doesn't have enough attention at home and does all this naughty stuff to get people's attentions but is not my job to educate them or teach them good manners.

What do you think I should do next time this happens? Ignore them or tell him to go away?

He might be 10 but it sounds like he has the hots for you , my advice to you is if you want this kid to get off your back , just be friendly with him and kill him with kindness , just talk to him about basic things ,
Pretend you have an interest about his life. Also talk to the Nanny and explain you don’t want to come off rude or disrespectful to the kids’ but the kids’ are invading your space and that you like to do your laps and unwind without being bothered. If the Nanny is respectful she will understand and have words with the kids’ and more than likely tell the parents’ as well that the kids keep bothering you , so eventually this should die down , if not , then become rude and disrespectful and tell these kids to get the fuck away from you before you drown them in the pool lol

Yea it sounds like these kids’ are out of control because both parents’ are working which is sad , why I am a firm believer of having one parent home with the kids’ so they get the attention and nurture they need at a young age , unfortunately not every couple can do that for their kids’ and that’s pretty much why these kids’ are out of control , because they more than likely are neglected

Well before it gets worse you are best to put a stop to it as soon as possible , it’s not
Your responsibility to raise these kids’ the right way , so unfortunately their parents’ are just going to have their hands full dealing with kids’ like this. So for your own peace , you should have words with the Nanny and tell the Nanny to keep these
Kids’ away from you , you don’t have to be rude just make it clear that they are bothering you, and to please keep them away from me. And then walk away , if these kids’ don’t stop bothering you , then threaten to call the police and the police will tell these kids’ to back off from you , Hopefully it doesn’t get to that extent but that will be an option for you if this shit doesn’t stop.
