Why is it that I can't find any women who like films , is it because it a dying hobby or simply an interest that women thk is shit?

Movies aren't what they used to be and both sexes don't take the interest like it was before - but if you keep looking you'll surely find a woman who does like them. Many people have given up on TV media too and since the VHS era and the increase in film theatre tickets, many don't go out to see them so often and don't bother with watching them at home either, prefering to sit scrolling through video shorts and Youtube (etc) vids.

None because I don't have any local one's in around me. I've used apps like meetup to find communities/clubs but with no success.

Well, do you want to have a film club or a film class? Film clubs aren’t supposed to be serious, they’re supposed to be fun, which tells it’s 100% your approach in this situation. If you’re upset that your club members aren’t willing to write a 1000 word essay to detail their thoughts on a movie then your expectations are too high. Get in a film class instead

You can’t expect the website to be your only source of exposure. It won’t do the advertising for you. If you want to make sure you get people interested, you have to use multiple places. If that’s too much effort for you, then I don’t think you want this as much as you say you do.
