Which Pre-Modern Dreadnought build is better: turn-three Fling or Tog?

"Fling-O-Nought"

U/R Stiflenought (Fling)
60 cards
Creatures (7)
- 4 Phyrexian Dreadnought
- 3 Grim Lavamancer

Instants and Sorceries (33)
- 4 Stifle
- 4 Vision Charm
- 4 Incinerate
- 4 Fire // Ice
- 4 Portent
- 3 Opt
- 4 Gush
- 2 Foil
- 4 Fling

Lands (20)
- 12 Island
- 4 Shivan Reef
- 4 Mountain

Sideboard:
3 Chain of Vapor
4 Powder Kegs
3 Flametongue Kavu
4 Annul
1 Bottle Gnomes

Pros: Has more ways to deal with opponent's early threats.

Contains a theoretical turn 3 kill which is very, very hard to stop.

Cons: Only contains 2 counters, because it's an all-in combo kill deck.

Slightly less consistent than traditional Dreadnought decks.

"Tog-O-Nought"

spells (36)
4 Psychatog
2 Waterfront Bouncer
4 Phyrexian Dreadnought
4 Stifle
4 Vision Charm
4 Gush
1 Chain of Vapor
4 Duress
4 Portent
1 Annul
4 Counterspell

Land (24)
14 Island

10 Swamp

Sideboard:
3 Annul
4 Tormod's crypt
4 Engineered Plague
4 Diabolic Edict

Pros: Has 8 win conditions now.

Has a similar total amount of disruption to classic Dreadnought.

Cons:

Fewer total counters.

Slight loss of consistency.

Mana base has not been fine-tuned yet. Needs 4 pain lands added, since true Duals are not legal in the format.

What do you think of these two versions of "Dreadnought"

I still think the u/g one from my other thread is my favorite, but the u/r one here is sick fast, even for a combo deck with no mana acceleration. A turn 3 kill should usually warrant a card being banned in a format.
