I hate my older sister and don’t want to buy her a Christmas gift?

My parents are forcing me to exchange gifts with her and I don’t want to. She’s jealous of me and for that I don’t deal with her or like her. What should I give someone I don’t like at all?

I agree with @LazerBean 100% but for the moment I'll assume you have to give her a gift. Take the high road. Just buy her a bottle of wine or a book or if you want to be mean, buy her something she doesn't like (example: she's vegan, get her a six pound bag of beef jerky). I'm really just kidding about that. Seriously, take the high road, get her a small gift and be the better person. Giving her a Christmas gift doesn't invalidate any of the reasons you hate her. It doesn't mean you have to make up to her. It just means you're an adult doing an adult thing and being gracious when you don't have to be.

why is your sister jealous of you? my girlfriend has the same problem her older sister is jealous of her as well. i never said anything to her about it since i don't want to get in the way of their sibling bond
