“Credit goes to the artist” is such a lazyass move. It’s not that hard to do a reverse image search on google to find the source. And the nativity scene matches the general surrealness of the show so whoever made it to put in a christian flavor is probably that same line of humor that said Sonic the Hedgehog is a catholic and made images of him praying with a rosary.
