Freshmen year in college I went to a party with a friend. It was hosted by somebody he knew from college. I did not know anyone there so I was just hanging around trying to not look lost.
I was watching Dick Clark on TV when it was approaching midnight and the ball was about to drop. Everybody was yelling "Happy New Year" and a girl who was standing near me comes over and plants a big kiss on me. I was startled. Somehow he disappeared. I looked for her and she was nowhere to be found.
Not really, no. This year has been pretty normal for me. I started my 3rd. semester at uni and have ended it with the 4th. one a few days ago.
Nothing really fancy about them. I passed my semester exams (at least I think I did pass the 4th. semester exams).
I did go on vacation for a few days and did a student exchange program for a few weeks. Again, nothing out of this world.
And on 12/25 and 26, I will travel to see my family and have a Christmas celebration. New Year's will be spent at home or perhaps with my sister at her place. I don't know that yet.
