Does anyone else dislike the Christmas season?

I celebrate Christmas and am glad to see my family and exchange gifts, go to church, have dinner, etc but I don't really like all of the lead up to it with extravagant decorations, songs, shopping frenzy, movies, and most other stuff. Am I the only one?

I felt that way until I had kids of my own, and now I really enjoy Christmas - the shopping aspect is crazy but if you get your Christmas shopping out of the way throughout the year instead of leaving it until the last minute, it’s not so bad. Over the weekend I took my son to my towns Christmas Parade and he loved it. Last year he was too young to even know what day it is, this year I think he’ll love Christmas, which will make me love it.
