How long will it take to burn 72 calories?

internet says it takes about 1 hour of running to burn 100 calories, equivalent to a can of coca-cola. you do the deduction. Health & Fitness

What annoys you most at the gym?

you should go for a stab or two at least lol nothing really annoys me. not even if a person is on their phone and taking forever on the bench or machine. idm, I'll go work out something else.... Health & Fitness

Beef bone broth?
