If I don't feel sore anymore after a workout, is that the signal I need to increase weight?

I recently started doing kettlebell workouts and my muscles are no longer sore.

Does that mean my workouts are not effective unless I'm sore? Does that mean I need to increase weight?

I know my form is correct and I still feel like I'm pushing myself during the workout... I'm just not sore.

I haven't been working out more than 2 weeks, so is it even possible to need heavier weights so soon?
