    Eat plenty of fruits, veggies, lean meats and drink a lot of water I always tried for a gallon a day. I'm chubby and have always lost weight fast but never kept it off. Just eat healthy and exercise and be sure to drink your water and the weight will come off and you'll be healthy. I encourage the water so much only because a lot of people don't realize how many calories are in the drinks they have so your basically drinking your daily calories along with eating food so if you drink water it has 0 calories so your not drinking calories you can use for healthy snacks like nuts that can give you energy.

      How much water should i drink in a day?
      I haven't been drinking a lot of water so maybe thats the reason im not seeing any results. Lol

      My goal was always a gallon of water a day. Some days I didn't make it but I always tried hard. I've seen something online and it will tell you how much water you need for you height and weight but can't remember where I saw it

    Portion control, dont eat after 8, limit the sugar, and start exersising!!! Dont bindge or starve youself as it is not healthy and leads to eating disorders!!!

      I exercise a lot plus i live on a road thats 3 miles long that i have to walk home from the school bus and seeing as im the last house on the road i walk ever bit of the 3 miles and I walk on the weekends when im not working the horses or mucking the stalls. And as for the diet and portion control my doctor set it up for me. Dinners usually around 5

      I have a diet plan and i exercise a lot. It just seems not to be doing anything for me. Thats why i was asking if there's something im not doing right.

      You may not be working out correctly or be on the right diet for you. Did you set up your diet or did you have help? Do you have someone teaching you how to workout, are you pushing yourself to the point your knees want to give out?

    Any successful weightloss is not done fast. You have to learn how to eat better, in moderation, and how to work in exercise.

    Start eating healthy and start moving around.

    To see results. It takes at least 7- 8 months.

      I do a lot of walking at school , at home plus i walk on the weekends and seeing as i live on a 3 mile road and have to walk it home when i get off the school bus. Plus my parents have horses so when im not walking im working the horses in the round pen or mucking the stalls. So i should be getting enough exercise.
