Calories burnt per hour for any exercise... Does this include maintance calories or is it in addition to what is spent doing nothing?

if you're referring to BMR (Basal Metabolic Rate) then all you really have to do is add the amount of calories burned after your BMR. I mean the calculations shouldn't really matter though, just... Health & Fitness
