I need to lose weight fast?

I have a bikini shoot coming up and I need to lose like 10 pounds! Any suggestions thanks!

Losing 10 lbs of fat should take you at least seven weeks. Just find out what your minimum required caloric intake is per day and work out five days a week with about 60% cardio and 40% muscle training. With any luck, you could reach your goal in as little as 4 weeks (although that's pretty bad for your body. A healthy weight loss rate is 1 to 1.5 lbs per week).

Just remember, don't fall for any fad diets or pills like 'Hydroxycut'. Eating less than your minimum required caloric intake per day will result in loss of muscle mass instead of fat, so eat up!

That is a very bad idea. Weightloss should never be rushed. If you go on some starvation diet, you're more likely to lose water and muscle than fat. But if you insist on losing weight, then basically don't eat anything.

Lmao if by fast you mean within a week or so, you can't.
Why not just regularly work out? That way you won't have to worry about being thin at a certain time because you will always be fit.

anyway go on a ketogenic diet and do cardio every morning on an empty stomach, you will lose weight like crazy, also have a high fat content such as nuts, avocados etc and high protein aswell, eliminate all carbs

yea id recommend counting your calories, about 1500 2000 a day, most meals should be protein like fish, chicken, any kind of meat with green vegetables (broccoli, spinach etc). A banana has a ton of carbs so i advise not having that, but have the protein shake. Also if you can have several small meals a day (4-6) with low calories - it will speed up your metabolism and try to keep your carbs under 50 grams a day

DON'T DO THAT!!! You'll drop like a fly if you do that! Stay away from all processed foods, stick to fruits, veggies, whole grains, etc. And aim to eat the same about of calories as your resting metabolic rate.
