However on Monday night I got 5 hours of sleep (went to bed at 5am and got up at 10) and on Tuesday night I barely got three hours of sleep. Still, I feel like sleeping seventeen hours is excessive!
I haven't eaten since 3pm yesterday and all I ate the whole day was a little bit of leftover steak so I'm also shaking like mad. I'm guessing its low blood sugar.
Do you think this is normal for being sleep deprived? by the way I stayed up so late studying lol
