you most likely pulled or strained a muscle. take it easy and stretch, go to the hot tub, get a massage, and/or see a doctor just incase. give it a few weeks, you should be okay if its nothing major. Health & Fitness

go on a natural foods diet and eat full meals, like as in a full course of chicken breast, brown rice, broccoli. 3 times a day. and snack in between if you're hungry on like almonds or some shit. Health & Fitness
