Do you keep yourself in shape? What motivates you?

Do you work out and watch what you eat to stay in shape?

I got a few injuries in a row a few months back, so I'm out of action. I've been watching the decline of my body, but I'm actually happier than I was before. I eat and do what I want.

I'm kinda worried won't get the psyche back to get off my fat ass and do some exercise again!
