well -/+ 5 lbs isn't that bad but if you're strictly talking 5 lbs of fat then it an be noticeable. its not a killer though. I prefer either thin or athletic or gym girl or average. you keep going... Health & Fitness

i do gym 5 days a week for about 1H 40M and i do HIIT in the mornings for about 30M. i workout basically 6 days a week. gotta keep my temple strong and fit! Health & Fitness

do HIIT. its not easy but you dont have to exercise for long periods of time. it turns your metabolism into a furnace and with a healthy diet plan the fat will melt off your body. Health & Fitness
