1. One thing that can have a quick effect on your body is to eat very little carbohydrates, each gram of glycogen bind 3-4 grams of water. Often people starting on a low carb diet can lose many pounds in the start but that's only water and not fat, but your total body mass will be reduced.
2. Another tip is to eat many small meals instead of few big ones especially right before the event. Not sure how well this works but it can temporarily reduce your stomach size.
3. A last tip is to drink less water. Our body have maybe 55-70% water so if you reduce the intake for a shorter period your total body mass will be reduced.
But be careful, dont go to extremes that can hurt your mood and your well being :)

- Up water intake, cutting it would be unhealthy. Instead like I said, reduce salt. This will reduce the water retention of your muscle tissue, resulting in lost weight.
- split your day into 6-8 small meals rather than 3 large ones
on the note of water intake, you could lower it the day before while doing extensive cardio to try and dehydrate your body. Remember to stay safe though, don't push it.
Sadly, you're going to get very minimal results over such a short period of time. But every little helps.
Not really. The amount you can loose in 4 days won't be noticeable. But you can get rid of some fluids and not look as "swollen"

Most likely the only weight you can lose is water weight and maybe 2 pounds of fat. Also if you flush yourself out that should take a little more weight off but not much. It is actually super healthy in my opinion as long as you eat some food with probiotics afterwards.
