Healthy weight gain would have to be in the form of muscle. To increase muscle mass you'll have to eat a high caloric, high protein diet. High caloric in your case would be (assuming you're 21, 5 feet tall and moderately active) 1200 calories, and high protein (1 gram of protein per pound of body weight) 91 grams or more in your case. Lift heavy, do 8-12 reps of an exercise for 3 to 5 sets. Try to stick to compound movements (bench press, squats, dead lifts) that hit more than one muscle at a time. Lastly make sure you get adequate rest, at least 6 hours of sleep a night.

well healthy weight can be muscle. you can start lifting weights and doing core exercises to build muscle and eat a healthy natural foods diet which will allow you to eat a little more when you combine the diet with the workout.
