It depends on the type of food you eat, and not if it is microwaved. Microwaves apparently are being seen as a healthier way to cook in many cases. Boiling food removes a lot of nutrients, and puts them in the water you end up throwing out. Cooking your food on a fire too long can caramelize the outside, and I heard that can be bad for you, but I forget the reason for it being bad. Of course eating raw foods is bad for you as well. I don't see any reason why microwaving food would be bad for you.

Microwaved food isn't great at all. It's OK but you shouldn't eat it daily. The radiation can destroy nutrients. And if it's cooked in just a few minutes do you really think that will be good for you. It's just a nicer version of fast food. Think of it as like eating at McDonalds every day, just not as bad.
How does your average day schedule out? What do you eat that's not microwaved? What are your favourite foods?
Microwavable meals contain a lot of salt so be careful! I think anything is fine in moderation but maybe you could bulk cook something and just heat it up during the week? That's what I do if I don't have time a lot to cook, it's quite economical aswell! :)
If processed food (that are essentially empty calories at that point) on top of nuked food that'll slowly eat your insides isn't that bad, then I guess not. Microwaved food shouldn't be eaten frequently.

it has negative long term effects on your health. just keep it within moderation. don't depend on microwaveables even though they can be so delic!:D
Heat destroys nutrients anyway so you really should be eating1 3rd raw fruits and vegetables daily, microwaveable meals are really bad that's basically food that's been modified to increase its shelf life and to make your brain think it tastes good when really it doesn't, it's just the chemicals they have injected into the meal telling you it's tasty when actually it tastes awful.
Trust me if you have been living off this stuff for a while try eating only raw whole foods and super foods for a couple of months and see how your energy levels and your mind and body state changes:)))Microwaved food is processed, so it true that all the nutrients have been stripped away. One every now and then won't hurt. Also watch for the sodium content. Better to eat non-processed whole foods. Lean protein sources, whole grains, and fruits and vegetables.
I don't think it will kill you. It just isn't fresh food and it has more chemicals than regular food. However other people live off of fast food and they are ok. Just fat.
Try putting it in the oven instead of the microwave. It's better for you :)
They are loaded with sodium. However many are packed with protein. It's all in moderation, try doing it only twice a week.
