@girlsareconfusing...thanks for reading and for leaving a comment. I am married. None of my friends are single and none of the women or men who have come to me for advice are single, including people on this site who have reached out to me privately and since found someone but I appreciate your thoughts and comments. Wish you the best

@Almajolie...lol I'm not sure if you're against it or advertising it lol. I am definitely against extramarital relationships. I see the appeal for young women and to be honest I am not quite surprised. We are in a time where instant gratification is praised. The appeal for a quick buck is a long time story and equally part of the demise of our culture and our future.

@musicbrain5...that is a very good point about other cultures. I am not certain that the same epidemic that I see in America is happening oversees but nevertheless still rules that will not harm anything. Thank you very much for reading and your comments. You gave me some considerations for my writing. I have written other articles. Most of which have sparked some kind of objection lol. I would be honored if you read and gave me your insight. I will post links in next message to follow:

@musicbrain5...I am very happy for you. Feel free to friend me, if you like, so I can hear the story of how you met. I love love stories lol. I am very certain that you get what I am saying but what you explained about your boyfriend respect level of women that do certain things. Most men think that way. Women's roles may have changed so most women think that means those rules for men have changed also and that's not. So I just want women to understand that. Men still want the same basic things.

number has changed. In the past men would scream if you went over 2 lol.Its not like that now but there is still a number! Some men tend to perceive what you do with them you'd do with another guy. You have sex on the first date he's not going to think that's something new for you then he wonders how many and hopefully he talks to you but some will just walk away. We can't be oblivious to the fact that men still want the same basic things they did decades ago despite how we've changed ourselves

Oh and to address the other part you stated about my analogy. It wasn't my intention to imply anything about love actually. My point about the analogy is really to tell women that the roles of women have changed but the perception and rules of men have not. I can't tell you how many times in todays culture I've heard a woman say that men don't think that way anymore however if you read mens comments on this site they still don't marry the girl they perceived to be with too many men.maybe the

Objection I get the more it puts it out there how much sex has taken over our lives and relationships that people can not even imagine a relationship without it lol. That's my point. The article is really for people who want to get married and try to stay married and though sex is a component of marriage, marriage will outlast sex. The things you hold most important should be the things that last as long as you want your marriage to.

They don't want to and what I find with men is that most of them don't even know this and some don't care. My rule was really for women just meeting someone so I wasn't really referring to your situation but I will say that if you feel good about it then that's great but if you don't then your concern about what you do with your body so not be based on his happiness alone if it makes you feel bad.Yes I am getting tons of grief on this rule lol which actually makes me happy because the more

She physically did not feel right having sex before marriage any longer. She told him this and he was not happy at all ut he loved her, didn't want to make her or watch her do it and cry after so he accepted it and stayed.did they slip up every once or twice when it passionately felt right yes but she didn't continue on just out of obligation. So my point really is that I see tons of women and speak with them one on one who have sex simply because they think it gets or keeps a man even though

Personally. Marriage may not be for everyone. It has nothing to do with selfishness. It was not specifically about your situation, I don't even know if your girlfriend has a sister so how I could I have meant you. Also if you don't think there is anything wrong with being selfish why would you get insulted if you thought I did mean it that way, which I didn't. I have never disrespectfully insulted you or anyone on this site. Well that's the end of my end of the convo. I truly wish you the best.

@Seireikitsu...thanks for reading. My words are exactly what they are. You don't have to take them to the extreme in order to prove a point as your definition of rape is skewed and if I wanted to twist your words as you did mine I could say "so you are saying that if someone of superior stock rapes you its ok" but I logically know that's not what you meant. If what you have going is working for you then I am happy for you and wish you the best but don't twist my words just to prove your point.

Oh, and you obviously are lying about being an athlete, since you're openly implying that you think everyone attractive and fit is shallow and care about looks alone. That being on top of that you obviously know nothing about fitness in the first place. And, for allegedly being a tower of good example, you're telling me that I'm not fit for marriage because I'm attractive and have standards was itself quite shallow, and completely void of any maturity, correctness, or good morals.

Really? So, you're saying that if I'm not willing to be raped (have sex with someone of inferior stock who repulses me), I'm not ready for marriage? Either you're an idiot, or that attack was based off of personally deciding you don't like me despite I did nothing to offend you. Either way, you're insane.

Yes there may be a difference in fitness but you find someone you like and the only thing holding you back is that he looks like a football player instead of a basketball player then I would say that you're not ready to get married. My point is you shouldn't make a lifelong decision over superficiality. Why...because in 10yrs he might loo like neither lol. In 10yrs he might still be fit but now he's into running/jogging which could produce a more lean but still fit body. He's still fit.

@seireikitsu...hi there. Thanks for reading. Not certain where you derived that I'm not athletic. I play tennis, basketball and swim and I've played other sports well I just don't enjoy them as much as those three. Next I think you misunderstood my point. My point is that the important criteria may be that a guy is fit where some women tend to go into unimportant detail and specify that he has to have a body like a basketball player vs some prefer a football player. As long as he's fit. Thanks

I'm still giving you a five despite you don't grasp that not all athletic people are the same, since that's not what the subject was, and was just a little error on the side.

Rule #1 caused me to realize that I need to get my fitness back more than I thought, because my ideal man might prefer it. I already planned on this, but this will be added motivation.

It's difficult, because I don't have much I ca do besides swim in summer. But, I plan on getting a yoga mat soon to help fix this.

"Does it really matter if he has the body type of a basketball player versus a football player..."

"They are what I call NOT IMPORTANT. These are things that have nothing to do with a person's character, how they can be a match for you or provide any insight has to if there is a possibility for longevity in a relationship with this person."

WRONG! The type of body he has built up says a LOT about his character and hobbies.

You're not athletic, so you don't understand.

@Jayman...I think that from your persepective the relationship sounds great but this article is really for women and I know it is tough for men to understand but women have a different connection with sex than do men. so though you are doing well most women do not know how to seperate sex and love so the men that are just after sex or are not their match but they have sex with them is then tougher for a woman to distinguish and move on if he is not the right one. Some women do not even know that

That if you're in a relationship without sex then you're not in a relationship. We have parents who can't even control themselves sexually and in so doing teach their kids instant gratification is acceptable. Young adults of today have no idea what it means to sacrafice and wait for something to make it more worth it and that shows itself with sex, getting the new iphone or whatever it is. My only point for this rule is that sometimes you need to sacrafice something up front to reap the reward.
