We both already knew almost from the moment we started talking that we wanted to get married one day. I'm American and he's Canadian. The immigration consultant mentioned us getting married now to help make immigration easier. We both got excited at the idea of just being married but thought it was crazy. The moment we met, it confirmed what we were feeling and the idea felt so natural. So, we did it and neither of us had any gut feeling against it. No worry. It just felt right. When you know it, you know it. We laugh and joke around like teenagers. We plan on having an actual wedding later with family.
