In a 90/10 world, the women would need to keep society running in the sense that a lot of economic production would need to be done by them. I suspect that average output and consumption per person would be lower than in the 50/50 world of today, so you're correct there, but I wouldn't jump to the conclusion that because you're consuming less in consumer goods that it would suck for everyone. I'm guessing most guys today would be willing to tolerate a pretty substantial reduction in income if it meant that they enjoyed a 10/1 ratio of women to men and therefore would be able to have frequent sex with a variety of women. So a more nuanced picture of winners and losers would be:

Heterosexual men: lower income + access to hotter chicks + more sex partners = big win
Man-hating feminists: lower income + fewer men which they hate = ambiguous but could be better off
Hetero-sexual women: lower income + fewer quality men + no hope of monogamous relationship = unambiguously worse off.
