Hell no. Marriage only benefits women and divorce allows them to take half of everything men work for and own, which is why 80% of divorces are initiated by women.
@OlderAndWiser that they often invalidate when one party is clearly in a position of power. Ie you cannot be well off and marry a girl with nothing to her name and leave her nothing in a divorce. You can leave her 20% instead of half. But why would i even do that? Seems stupid. If she cheats or something she won't get a penny. Thats how i want it to be.
I don't know where you get that impression but it is not true in my area. If a pre-nuptial agreement is properly drafted, you make accurate financial disclosures to each other, and each had independent legal advice before signing the agreement, then they are enforced.
What you can't do in advance is determine who will have custody of children or how much child support will be payable.
@OlderAndWiser the issue is they do invalidate prenups all the time and the laws of today aren't what will determine it, its the laws in 10 years from now. There is a clear trend to continue down this path and i expect more locations to invalidate prenups and for more reasons in 10 years from now. Just as a business man this is an entirely losing proposition as all benefits from marriage have been removed, even with a prenup its still just added risk for no reward.
Think of the people who married pre no fault divorce... then got no fault divorced. The contract is changing and it would be short sighted not to look at the trends.

If it's the right girl then yes I'd like to get married. But maybe I should give her a little disclaimer about my OCD.

Yes that’s my dream. That’s the only way I could move out with my boyfriend and start our lives together
Hell no. Divorce rape, child support, family law court, alimony.

Nope. I own lots of assets. Not trying to give half away... didn't get them by being a retard.

I have done it once already, but I might do it again.
The biggest foolishness that people in love can do to each other is marriage.-George Bernard Shaw.👌That's my answer.
My future wife can't leave and take my kids, half of my income and belongings for no reason whatsoever if I never married her in the first place.
yes marry me, anyone, i want to be married now! i am tired of being alone :(
Girls do not have feelings for me :/
What marriage?
In marriage, real feelings develop AFTER tying the knot. Before that is all Mills & Boon.
No, there is no benefit and you don't need priest to tell you that you belong together

I was married for 36 years, took care of her for 7 years and would love to be married again.
