There are many beautiful women in the world. You know it and your husband knows it. If he is not "allowed" to openly acknowledge the beauty of other women, then he will simply keep those thoughts to himself. But if he doesn't say that another woman is beautiful, does that somehow make you feel more secure in the relationship?

Many people are 'beautiful' - and as long as I mean it in a neutral way, I should be allowed to say so.

For diplomacy and harmony at home I might phrase it like:

Most likely not. Look at the entire situation.. Do they have a past? Is he just going "with the flow", maybe not even realizing it.
