Can you cuddle your partner before marriage?

I am a religious traditional Catholic, and I was wondering if you are allowed to cuddle with your partner before marriage. You know, laying on their chest or just hugging them for hours. Not that I am in a relationship but I was just wondering if it's allowed and good or not.

I don't understand your English that well because I'm not good at English. Why are you against it?
My faith and prayer life is not good. I cannot focus on what I'm praying about and my faith is low. I always feel like I'm going to hell because I haven't got my sins forgiven.

I’m agnostic, but I don’t see why it would be wrong unless you’re in a bed or something like that.
