I know you're asking women, but I imagine a man's perspective may help considering we are the ones apparently avoiding women that out earn us on average. Personally, I have no reservations about dating a woman that makes more than me. I do very well though, and I think the fact I do well myself is ultimately what dictates whether a man will feel emasculated by a woman earns more than him in a lot of cases. Next, I often find that women that earn a lot of money, tend to lead with their money when dating, in the same repulsive way that men often lead with theirs when they don't have much else to offer. So ironically, most women that make a lot of money often don't have many enjoyable qualities, and are quite arrogant. The core problem with women that make a lot of money isn't the money per say, its the fact that seldom do men date women because of how much money they make, unlike women. We desire different things from women, and I find that most women dont realize that, and think what they desire in us, is what we desire in them. Thus, we are far less likely to stick around when financial gain. And that is the aspect of this pretty common conversation that I think is most often overlooked in my experience. It's not always that you earn more that turns men off, it's that men yearn for the feminine spirit/essence that in most cases women appear to sacrifice in order to thrive in their respective work fields. Not necessarily. Women don't have to become masculine in order to earn more. A lot of women just don't understand the power of their femininity. In fact, there are women that embrace their femininity in the corporate world, a few of which I've dated, but they are far and wide. Becoming masculine seems to be easier for most women in corporate, which is the reason why in most cases, corporate women are more masculine, and less enjoyable to be around on average.

Majority of women who do earn more tend to have masculine traits due to all the stress and trauma to get to that point. That’s why majority of divorces are initiated by career women they tend to be disingenuous and very argumentative.

Well men don’t care about how much money a women makes it’s irrelevant to them as it dose not benefit them. Now when women are the breadwinners in the relationship and paying most or all of the bills the man is emasculated also reason why it will make finding a husband difficult is women are hypergamous the more money they make the more doors close as they will typically want a man who earns more than them if not more whereas a man can make 6 figures and still marry a 21 year old who works in McDonald’s over a masculine 30 year old who makes the same as him or more and majority of women who have careers and earn more are masculine

This just seems like an unnecessary worry to me. Unless this problem pops up in your actual life... you really shouldn't worry about this.

Plus, if you're right (I don't think you are), what can you possibly do to change it.

I had 4 high earning cousins that were female, the 3 that earned more than their husbands are divorced, the one that earned a lot but less than the husband is half married. I think they did a legal separation but still live together for economic reasons. They say they never separated or divorced but I believe that is a lie because it contradicts previous statements they made. I know they are constantly fighting cause the wife has anger management issues.

Yes, 2 girls divorced because they felt like the guys babysitter and not his partner and one was high maintenance because she knew other guys were chasing after her, the last one was beautiful and knew she could fine a new husband in one month if they divorced.
