Why are my inlaws so attention seeking?

My mother & sister inlaw always keep a tab on me seems like and are very active on Facebook, who likes what and sees what and stuff. I know it probably comes from a big place of insecurity& jealousy, but it's so annoying. I feel like telling them off! Even though I know they're childish.

I didn't mean block them. Restrict them to do not see show your post recently. If they asked, you would say:"I don't use Facebook that much anymore.

I know but in general its just annoying. Even if I do that it won't stop their toxic behavior
