I am looking forward to seeing if there are people who are separated from each other, or if you have any ideas to save me?
There are a few options for the invitation...
"The parents of <bride> and <groom> are pleased to announce the wedding of their daughter..."
"Jane Doe and John Smith are pleased to announce the wedding of their daughter..."
Alternatively, parents can be left out all together...
"<bride> and <groom> are pleased to announce their wedding..."

just list the names. two different names. you're his parents so both should be included. if there are step parents involved that have a close relationship than can be included on the invitation. it would just be up to your son and his spouse to be
you're the man so your last name is as is, the woman on the other hand i assume will drop your last name so that's kinda awkward. i think women should still use their original last name plus the husband last name so that when the marriage don't work out it doesn't feel so awkward. it also empowers women. i'm sorry for your divorce.
just credit yourselves as is the parents of the groom

If your names are going on the invitation, you have a bunch of options.
You could just use your name and her name on separate lines without the "Mr" and "Mrs":
Jane Doe
and
John Doe
And then it acknowledes you both without going crazy. And then it doesn't matter if she's remarried or not with regard to last names. How else should you besides the parents? who cares if your divorce or not your still his or her parents and why you doing the invites and not them? that's not your job let me guess you did all the planning etc? if so who's wedding is it your or your kid's? that's the bigger question.
Another reason why people need to marry for the right fit.
