There isn’t a state in the US that doesn’t dismiss prenuptial agreements routinely. They’re not worth a shit. There are dozens of legal ways any court can lawfully strike down a prenup, especially if it wasn’t created in THAT court. No court in the land is required to accept any form of documentation that didn’t originate within its own walls. That’s a cold hard fact that lawyers and judges don’t want you to know because they all make a bundle of loot writing useless documents and striking them down. Ell oh ell! You also better be a masterful proofreader and legal expert yourself. They can even dismiss documents they DID create on any number of technicalities. SPOILER ALERT!
The law is a FOR PROFIT industry. 100% of FOR PROFIT industries in the US are corrupt. They don’t care about “justice” or “righteousness”. They only care about getting your money. If you go into ANY arrangement expecting otherwise, you will be tragically disappointed in the end.

Throughout the Anglosphere (US, Canada, UK, Australia etc) I think you will find there is a concept that unconscionable comercial contract clauses can be struck out if a party can claim there was undue pressure from the other party or there was a large difference in negotiating power that was unfairly exploited.

If it is don't sign the prenup then I won't marry you - which it inherently is with a prenup - then it can be argued it is unconscionable. Unreasonably in my view but my view doesn't count.

Don't forget, a Court can become more gyno-centric in 10,20 or 30 years. It might have enforced provisions after 5 years but not in 10, 20, or 30 years.

Prenups are a dud bet. Just don't marry is the only sure way.
