No. This would be inappropriate for sure. Here's an easy way to know. Are you going to tell your wife about getting this other woman's number? If you are doing this behind her back... that's because it's wrong. If it's not wrong, then you can do it openly. So (not trying to be a dick) ask your wife. If you don't want to, then that's the answer to your question.

I think it’s problematic to make new friends of the opposite sex once you’re married unless the person is a mutual between the husband and wife. There’s no appropriate reason to put effort into building a one on one connection with another woman.

Now it totally depends why you want her number? Do you have any feelings for her? If yes, then it's really really inappropriate to do when you both are married.

If she gave you any signs of liking or something that lead you to think, it's appropriate?

If you both are in love or have feelings for eachother, better leave your partner before engaging into anything.

But if it is just sexual, I don't think it's a problem as long as no feelings are involved. Actually it's kinda good because you both are spending more time together at work, so it's not wrong if you two just have a quick "Stress relief" after a long day at work, considering you both have no feelings for each other.
