Why would a married man ask for my number?

So this man pulls me to the side after a conversation and asks for my number. I was surprised but he said it would be for us to just hang out on his side of town. I’m just learning that this man is married with kids …. he never mentioned this to me…a friend told me. Why would he ask for my number? I am a traveler as well for my job and so is he…

I also did tell him that I was talking to someone.. dating and he said that’s ok we can still hangout.

I think you already know the answer. It’s not to hang out and be friends. No married man with any character is it going to slip you their phone number. It’s wildly inappropriate behavior for someone who’s married to have a side friend who’s female. So yes to validate your curiosity, this man thinks you’re hot and wants to get you in the bed probably. If you’re remotely smart, throw the number away and never get involved in those kind of situations. Do not get between a married couple.
