Do some men Reget getting married and or having a family?

Do men marry the wrong women per say. It seems most men vet out a lot of women and make sure she is a good fit. More women marry and or date for "Potential"- most men date for who a woman as is.

A man gets married because he desired to get married in the first place.

Regret only comes about if he experiences negative effects of being married such as stress, infidelity, financial struggles and pressures to maintain a family.

Men that don't experience negative experiences or too much pressure with what might come with it don't experience regret, so its a individual man type thing to decide if it was good or bad for him.

Only when divorce happens (which women initiate 80% of), because suddenly a good father is forced to prove in court that he is a good father, and the mother doesn't have to prove shit, her words her accusations are law in most courts, no matter how false they are.

My brother almost got married to his girlfriend though glad they never did. He had two boys with her and after 5 years left. He met another girl in his 30's and they married after 3 years together. They had two daughters and after 5 years, his wife wanted a divorce and got custody of the girls. I don't know if my brother regrets getting married and having two daughters. He got married a second time about 3 years ago. Now he has three step kids by his new wife. So now he has four kids and three step children so 7 children. I bet now he regrets it with so many children.

I used to regret it. But I got over it long ago. I am divorced now. But me and my ex are good friends.

yes, some guys do not like the responsibility or maybe they feel like they have no control over their lives anymore. They regret getting married
