To me, no. It’s the meaning behind the ring and the person giving it that matters, not its size.
Doesn't matter to me , I don't even wear jewelry.

100%, women all but universally measure the strength of a man’s love against the size of the diamond in the engagement ring. Just under a quarter of women have admitted to rejecting a marriage proposal based on the size of the diamond alone.
Well the diamond engagement ring was popularised when suit for breach of contract to marry was phased out as payment for a woman's virginity if she has sex after engagement but before marriage.
So I guess a big diamond means the market value of her virginity is high?
Fuck no
It shouldn't matter how much the ring is or what it looks like because if u got in a relationship over a dam wedding ring then it wrong for that it matters what is in the heart and only in the heart
Nope. All it is, is a polished hunk of carbon.
